1. Differentiation of Sales Types

Our platform offers two categories of digital products:

  1. products created and distributed directly by the company,
  2. products created by external users (content creators/partners), but sold exclusively through the platform.

Who Is the Seller

In all cases, the platform is the sole official seller of all products.
External users do not sell products directly to buyers. If a creator wants to distribute their material (e.g., a course, template, or digital asset), they must first transfer it to the platform through an internal sale. Once the product is accepted and purchased by the platform, the site gains exclusive rights to further distribution.

Thus:

  • The platform is the only seller for the end customer.
  • The content creator acts as a supplier, providing materials to the site, but they are not considered a seller to other users.

Responsibility for Quality and Delivery

Since the platform is the seller, the company assumes full responsibility for:

  • the quality of the digital product after it has been accepted,
  • correct access and digital delivery to the buyer,
  • fulfillment of all obligations related to the purchase.

Content creators are responsible only for the originality and initial quality of the materials they provide when transferring them to the platform.

All purchases, transactions, and financial operations occur strictly within the platform, with no direct payments or dealings between users.


2. Disputes and Refunds

All disputes related to purchases, product access, quality, or refund requests are handled exclusively by the company, which acts as the sole seller and responsible party.

Important:

  • Users do not interact with each other to resolve conflicts.
  • All refund requests, disputes, or technical concerns are processed by the platform’s support team.
  • Decisions regarding refunds or denial of refunds are made by the company according to the platform’s published refund policy.
  • Buyers always contact platform support directly, not the content creator.
